Information we process

ChunkCraft processes the account information supplied by Clerk, including your name, email address, authentication identifier, and profile image when you sign in with Google. We also process hosting-plan, billing, server configuration, operational log, and support information needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, provision and operate Minecraft servers, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, secure the platform, and provide support. Google account information is used only for sign-in and account identification.

Service usage measurement

To improve setup and understand whether people can use their servers, we record your account creation date and verification status, the first time your Minecraft server is ready, the first and most recent time players are observed on it, and the dates on which it is used. These records use internal account and server identifiers. They do not identify which Minecraft player joined. This measurement adds no advertising cookies and does not record browsing history, IP addresses, player names, chat messages or payment details in the usage records.

Daily activity is kept for the current UTC date and the previous 89 dates, with routine cleanup while the service runs. The first and most recent usage dates remain while your account is active. We remove account-linked measurement records when an account deletion is processed and remove the corresponding agent summary when its server is deprovisioned; infrastructure failures can require a retry. Usage summaries are available only in the protected administration area, and your own setup progress is shown in your dashboard.

Website analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregated visits and which public pages are useful. When a public page loads, the Ahrefs analytics service receives the technical information needed to deliver and operate its analytics script. Ahrefs acts as an external service provider under its own privacy information. We do not use this integration to expose Minecraft player names, chat, server-console content, billing details or account passwords.

Service providers

Authentication is provided by Clerk and Google. Payment and infrastructure providers process information only as required to deliver their respective services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

Account and operational information is retained while your account is active and as required for security, billing, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting jonasboos38@gmail.com.
